Description

TRADE PRICE (no further discounts)

Riga Hexa Blue Baltic Birch Plywood or Hexa Ply is birch plywood overlaid with a hexagonal-patterned phenolic film 405 GSM on one face and a smooth phenolic film 405 GSM on the reverse.

The patterned surface is highly wear-resistant and tolerates up to 10 000 Taber rotations for certain films. It has a decorative appearance, is weather- and water-proof, resists commonly used household chemicals, and is easy to clean, environmentally friendly, and hygienic.

Further processing: panels can be further processed according to the customer’s specifications. Options include cut-to-size, CNC, drilling, milling, jointing, edge machining, assembling in sets, and scarf jointing. Following any on-site cutting, machining and drilling, all exposed edges should be thoroughly sealed.

Applications: exterior and interior, mezzanine floors, caravan/van floors and fit-outs, 4WD fit-outs, recreational vehicles floors and cabinets, campervans floors and cabinets, kids furniture, Ute trays, storage shelves, shop fitting, flight cases, tool boxes, grandstands, temporary events infrastructure, stages, decks, floors and walls.

Overlaying Process: Plywood is overlaid with resin-impregnated film. A hexagonal pattern is hot-pressed onto the film-faced surface. Films are impregnated with unmodified or modified phenolic or melamine resins, depending on the application.

Plywood Density: 750kg/m³

Weight of the plywood panel 12x1220x2440mm: 27kg

Weight of the 12 mm plywood panel per m²: 9kg

Slip resistance class: by European Standard DIN 51130 R 10, according to AS/NZS 4586:2013 P4, D1.
